Gay Games 2014
The Gay Games have a rich history—and Greater Cleveland is poised to become part of that history as the host of the 2014 games. Adding to the traditions of San Francisco, Vancouver, Sydney, New York City, Amsterdam, Chicago and Cologne, Northeast Ohio is eager to welcome the 13,000+ athletes from around the globe who are expected to compete in over 30 events at Gay Games IX.
In addition to the competitive sporting events, the Gay Games offers cultural events like concerts, theme parties, and exhibitions, as well as a festival village where athletes, community members, families, and other visitors can enjoy time together. Built upon the principles of Participation, Inclusion, and Personal Best, the Gay Games have empowered thousands of LGBT athletes and artists through sport, culture, and fellowship since 1982. The Federation of Gay Games is the non-profit umbrella organization comprised of individuals and organizations from four continents that manages the Gay Games, safeguards its founding principles, and promotes the Games’ 27 year history of inspiration and achievement.

AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland
The AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland provides a compassionate and collaborative response to the needs of people infected, affected and at risk of HIV/AIDS. This is accomplished through leadership in prevention, education, supportive services and advocacy.
LGBT Ministries of Cleveland
LGBT Ministries of Cleveland, exists to create a safe and sacred space for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Christians and their allies, by working to build welcoming and inclusive communities of faith both online and in local regions. Understanding that many LGBT people of faith have been spiritually scarred by mainstream church teachings ,LGBT Ministries provide resources to help LGBT people reclaim their faith, rekindle their relationship to God through Christ, and grow in their spiritual relationship to God. LGBT Ministries is dedicated to encourage LGBT people and their straight allies to work for justice and equality within the church and society at large. LGBT Ministries of Cleveland strives to assure LGBT people that they are included in God's unconditional love and are already justified by their faith and sanctified by grace alone.
